Community Service in Antigua, Guatemala
Lawrenceville students will head to Guatemala this summer during which time they will perform community service work; helping to improve the living conditions of needy families in that country. Our students will help construct homes and possibly work in a nearby orphanage. Students will reside in local homestays, and they will take part in daily cultural enrichment activities. Their trip should conclude with a weekend excursion to beautiful Lake Atitlan and the highland town of Chichicastenango, famous for its indigenous markets.
