Documents in the archives are arranged by the person or department by which they were created.

1. Board of Trustees: Includes trustee records, committee records and information on coeducation.
2. Administration: Includes records of all administrative departments and major positions.
3. Faculty and Curriculum: Includes records of academic departments.
4. Student Body Activities: Includes records of convocations, extra-curricular activities and clubs, periodicals produced by students, and lectures by students.
5. Athletics: Includes records of sports teams.
6. Buildings and Grounds: Includes records of houses, buildings and grounds, including materials related to Fredrick Law Olmsted.
7. Alumni Information and Collections: Includes information pertaining to alumni as a group as well as records of individual alumni, including correspondence from World Wars I and II.
8. Student Body: Includes information on student life, including student handbooks, social activities and pranks.
9. Parents: Includes records of the Fathers Association, Parents at Lawrenceville, and other organizations connected to Lawrenceville.
10. History: Includes documents related to the history of the school as well as of the village of Maidenhead/Lawrenceville.
11. Realia and Gifts / Memorabilia: Includes objects such as Lawrenceville items, school calendars, post cards, sheet music and flags.
