The Lawrenceville School offers a wide range of service resources for our students.
Information Technology Services (ITS), which supports all technology across the curriculum. The School uses Blackboard as its learning management system. This allows faculty and students to exchange assignments online as well as access course materials from the Internet. Blackboard also supports communication within clubs, sports teams, Houses, and departments such as College Counseling.
The School’s Registrar’s Office schedules classes, maintains records of student grades and graduation requirements and processes student and alumni transcripts; coordinates enrollment procedures and maintains enrollment statistics; coordinates new students' placements and schedule information; and the Student Directory: Facebook (no relation to the online social networking site) including student or parent address changes.
The Al Rashid Health and Wellness Center, which officially opened January 2009, is a 12,300 square foot, 18-bed, medical facility that accommodates two distinct wings; one for inpatient care, and the other for outpatient care. It is staffed by a full-time physician, nurse practitioners, round-the-clock nurses, x-ray technician, secretaries, licensed psychologists, and a consulting staff consisting of psychiatrists, orthopedists, nurse midwives, and a nutritionist. While School is in session, inpatient and outpatient care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
