Lawrenceville Alumni

Recognition and Awards

The School takes great pride in the achievements of alumni and faculty. Whether in the classroom, on campus, or in the community, as professionals and as volunteers, Lawrentians of every age and era have much to celebrate. There are several ways we laud their accomplishments. Below, you can find lists of recipients of our Leopold, Big Red, Distinguished Alumni, and Harkness awards along with our Alumni Trustees and Class Prizes.

The Aldo Leopold Award

The Aldo Leopold Award, also known as The Lawrenceville Medal, represents the highest honor bestowed by the School on an alumnus or alumna in recognition of "brilliant, life-long work in a significant field of endeavor." Conferred annually since 1991, the award is dedicated to the memory of Aldo Leopold (Class of 1905), distinguished environmentalist and author.
