Drop the puck! It’s time for the 74th annual Lawrenceville Invitational Boys’ Ice Hockey Tournament!
Eight of the best high school boys’ ice hockey teams in the northeastern U.S. and Canada will face off December 16-18 in the oldest prep school tournament in North America. Games will take place at the School's new ice rink in the Tsai Field House (2500 Main Street, Lawrenceville, N.J.) and at Princeton University’s Hobey Baker Memorial Rink (200 Elm Drive, Princeton, N.J.)
Big Red will skate in this two division, round-robin tournament against squads from Belmont Hill (Belmont, Mass.), Choate Rosemary Hall (Wallingford, Ct.), Nichols School (Buffalo, N.Y.), Northfield Mount Hermon (Gill, Mass.), Stanstead College (Quebec, Canada), Taft School (Watertown, Conn.), and Upper Canada College (Toronto, Ontario, Canada).
All games are open to the public. Tickets are available at the rinks -- $10 for the entire tournament, $5 for day passes. Lawrenceville students can attend for free. Can’t make it to the rinks? Stream the games on LocalLive.
