Big Red Farm & Sustainability Interns Chosen

The Lawrenceville School is pleased to announce the students selected as 2020-21 Big Red Farm and Sustainability Interns.

Big Red Farm Research Interns

Ford Collins ’23, Connor King ’22, Carina Li '22, Ria Patel ’23, and Sabrina Yeung '22 will work as Farm interns and also meet weekly with agroecology researchers from Princeton who are studying crop productivity at six area farms including the Big Red Farm.

Big Red Farm Interns

Sahas Chodhari '24 and Asprey Walters '24 will work as Farm interns, helping plant, tend, and harvest crops for the school community and for area food pantries.

Big Red Farm/Deans Garden Interns

Maddy Laws ’23 and Christabelle Sutter ’23 will help care for the Deans Garden (temporarily located near the Kirby Math and Science building) and fruit crops at the Big Red Farm. 

Sustainability Interns

These sustainability/field ecology interns will be doing vegetation mapping and invasive species removal as part of Lawrenceville’s land stewardship plan: Julia Chiang ’23, Allison Haworth ’22, Kate McCann ’22, Andrew Noviello ’23, Alex Noviello ’23, and Tanmay Sammetta '24.
