Lawrenceville Announces 2024 Valedictorian, Aurelian Speakers, and Faculty Speaker

 The Class of 2024 is in the homestretch of its final year at Lawrenceville – graduation is on May 26 – and end-of-year festivities are just around the corner. Emily Pan ’24 has earned Valedictorian honors and she and her classmates have selected Claire Jiang ’24 and Gordon Gruber ’24 as their Aurelian Speakers and history educator/AI Coordinator Jennifer Parnell as Faculty Speaker.  Emily Pan ’24 Named Valedictorian

Emily Pan ‘24 has been selected Valedictorian of the Class of 2024. Each year, a committee of faculty members choose the valedictorian from a select group of Fifth Form students who excel both academically and participate actively in Lawrenceville.

Claire Jiang ‘24 and Gordon Gruber 24 Named Aurelian Speakers

The Lawrenceville Class of 2024 has chosen Claire Jiang ’24 and Gordon Gruber ‘24 to be its Aurelian Speakers. Annually, the Fifth Form elects the Aurelian Speaker, students who best demonstrate “sterling character, high scholarship, and forceful leadership” as well as being held in high regard by their fellow Lawrentians.

Jennifer Parnell Named Faculty Speaker

The Fifth Form has voted history teacher/AI Coordinator Jennifer Parnell to be its Faculty Speaker, an honored role given annually to a teacher who has deeply influenced and touched students with their kindness and spirit.
