Lawrentians Honored by Central Jersey Music Educators Association

The Central Jersey Music Educators Association has honored five Lawrentians with selection to its Orchestra and Symphonic Band.

Congratulations to Henry Metz ’24 (percussion) selected to the orchestra and to William Huang ‘24 (clarinet), Ian Lee ’24 (trumpet), Tiffany Wen ’23 (flute), and Allan Zhang ’22 (clarinet), chosen for the Symphonic Band.

The Orchestra will perform on January 8, 2022, 3 p.m., at Monroe Township High School (200 Schoolhouse Road, Monroe Township, N.J.). The Symphonic Band will perform on January 16, 3 p.m., at Rutgers University Nicholas Music Center (85 George Street, New Brunswick, N.J.). Tickets will be available for purchase at https://cjmea.booktix.com/ beginning January 10. Print-from-home tickets are $12 adults/$7 students and seniors 60+. Children 4 & under are free. No cash ticket sales will be available the day of the event.
