Welcome Home, Lawrentians!

Have you lost touch with your roommate from Upper or Reynolds? Are you curious about whether students still play Frisbee in the Bowl and sunbathe in the Circle? If you find yourself reminiscing about the “Lawrenceville experience,” it must be time to come back for Alumni Weekend.

Lawrentians are invited to come “Back to Class,” cheer on Big Red athletics, attend the Alumni Artist Reception and much more during Alumni Weekend 2019, May 3 to 5. Of course, no Alumni Weekend would be complete without such traditions as the Service of Remembrance, the Alumni Association Induction Ceremony and Grand March, Red and Black Soiree and Class dinners.

Special events this year include “Lawrenceville Today,” a presentation by Head Master Stephen S. Murray H’55 '65 '16 P'16 '21; an archival exhibit of Periwig’s Favorite Playwrights; a pictorial of “Lawrenceville in the Tropics”; presentation of the Masters Awards; and special gatherings of Lawrenceville affinity groups.

The list of events includes something for everyone as we gather to celebrate the Classes of 1944, 1949, 1954, 1959, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009 and 2014. From the John Cleve Green members’ lunch on Friday, May 3, to the Farewell Brunch in Abbott Dining Hall on Sunday, May 5, all the details for Alumni Weekend 2019 can be found here.

Alumni Weekend is a chance to catch up with old friends, expand your personal and professional network, and learn more about life on campus today. It’s also a great opportunity to reconnect with beloved current and former faculty.

You can still pre-register through Thursday (we’ll have onsite registration Friday and Saturday), so please be sure to sign up today for what promises to be another exciting Alumni Weekend.

We'd love to share your story with other Lawrentians. E-mail us here with your news or activities and we'll be in touch.
