At the Lawrenceville School, we take a vested interest in the growth and development of all of our employees. It is important to us that our employees are given opportunities and trainings that will prepare them to master their positions and further their careers at the School. Whether it be online trainings, professional development days, or conferences, we want every employee to constantly learn and apply this knowledge to their work.

It is also vital that our employees can maintain a healthy work life balance. We know that this balance is different for every person, so we offer the flexibility that each employee may need on a case by case basis. Additionally, we offer other benefits to our full-time employees depending on if they are staff, administration, or faculty.
