  • Yoga and Stillness

    Quieting Down, Settling Down
    30-45 Minutes of Guided Meditation, Yoga, and Resting your Brain with Mrs. Laubach
    Thursday Evenings at 7pm in Bunn Library Archives (Lower Level)
    Want to learn ways to de-stress and reduce your anxiety? Learn practical tools to use in your daily life to help combat your own patterns of stress and tension in your mind and body.  Sessions may include small group discussion, yoga postures and breathing practice, quiet sitting, and listening.  Give your brain a rest during guided mindfulness meditation practice. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a sweatshirt and socks.  

    Sunday Evenings at 6:30-7:15pm in Clark Music Center (Dresdner Hall)
    Beginning September 9th
    In this gentle and playful all-levels yoga class, enjoy the calming benefits of yoga, breath work, and meditation.  Classes will include a variety of yoga postures and 5-10 minutes of stillness and rest.  No yoga experience is necessary.   Come to practice being mindful, unwind from your busy week, and rejuvenate for the week ahead!   Wear comfortable clothing and bring a sweatshirt and socks.
